Design Process

For both New Home Design and Addition/Renovation Design
The Orlando Design Group, Inc. breaks down its design process into three separate phases consisting of the following:

Preliminary Design Package
Construction Documents Package
Wind Load Certification Package

New Home Design package fees are determined by total under roof square footage and are individualized for each step in the design process.

Addition/Renovation Design package fees are determined on a "per job" basis and are broken down for each step in the design process.
